Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide guests as they approach lot and enter into the sales process
• Discuss guest's personal and financial needs pertaining to a vehicle purchase
• Ensure the lot and sales floor is merchandised according to dealer and OEM standards
• Be eager, friendly, and ready to overwhelm your customers with the best car-buying experience they've ever had!

Automotive Sales Associate Qualifications:

• Computer and smartphone literate and have basic math skills.
• Ability to answer questions and help your customer believe that Griffin Ford is the right dealership and you are the right salesperson to do business with.
• Professional appearance.
• Valid diver license with an acceptable driving record.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

Pay range: $40,000 to $100,000
